Crime or Art?

Graffiti is it really public vandlism or a legit art form? Well the debat still up in the air. And 4 now hide those spray cans yall becuase graffiti is illegal in many states if done on some else properity that is. Although it is kinda of hard 2 take a side on this subject becuase im sure no one would want there own stuff tagged up. But there are times when i could see it as a good thing. Some message's need 2 be said even if people dont want 2 ear em. And graffiti is a great way 2 grab someones attention.
